I am a Russian and Business English tutor and a specialist Russian translator. I also have fluency in Ukrainian.
I gained my knowledge and competence in Russian during my studies at the Institute of Russian and East European Studies at the Jagiellonian University, where I majored in Russian studies and Eurasian studies (studies of the post-Soviet area). I mastered my translation skills at the Postgraduate Russian Translation Studies at the Institute of East Slavic Philology of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
I graduated in Business English from the University of Economics in Katowice, and I have finished numerous training courses dedicated to this language specialisation.
I have extensive knowledge of foreign language teaching methodology.
The second sphere of my activity is scientific engagement in political science and security sciences. I regularly participate in scientific conferences dedicated to these important topics and international projects. I am the author of several scientific and popular science publications.
My greatest passions are literature and social psychology. I spend my free time taking long walks, talking to inspiring people, and at the shooting range. I have turned my long-standing passion and talent for languages into a job that gives me an incredible sense of fulfilment and agency.
